Roanoke, Virginia – Roanoker Magazine has announced its 2019 40 Under 40 list and 10 News Morning Presenter Jenna Zibton is one of them!

The magazine called for nominations and out of over 100 submissions, they selected 40 people to present based on their professional achievements, community involvement and accomplishments.

“It was so difficult to choose only 40! Can I have an entire magazine featuring everyone? Liz Long, the magazine’s editor-in-chief, joked. “Our editorial team carefully reviewed each nomination before narrowing it down. From nonprofits and healthcare to education and government, the Class of 2020 is SO impressive and Roanoke is lucky to have them as the next generation of leaders! We are so grateful to our readers for letting us know about the fantastic people in our area, and I can’t wait for everyone to learn more about them and their hard work.

Jenna is featured with mentions of the 30 Days of Hope stories she makes each year and her role as President-Elect of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley.

Others on the list include Tyler Godsey who started an organization that offers free music therapy after the birth of her own deaf children, Lydia Higgs who was one of the first licensed certified genetic counselors in Virginia, and Wesley Bell who has spent five years as a foster family worker. then went to work for Impact Living Services to help start programs in Lynchburg and Roanoke to help children transition to adulthood.
